Like all social situations, collaborating as a team works best when
we all observe a few simple rules:
- Always respect your teammates, disagree politely, and never make
personal attacks.
- Each of you should go out of your way to encourage the other team
members to share with and challenge each other.
- Always ask for clarification before assuming the worst.
- All team members are encouraged to edit the team's answers to
improve them - but not to change their meaning.
- If you disagree with an answer, add your own answer instead of
changing an existing one.
- If an earlier author overrides your edits, please post a new answer;
don't fight over an existing one by re-editing each other.
