The most important thing for the team to do is thoroughly explore and discuss each question and develop answers. The answers will be compiled into a complete proposal. You can view the proposal at any time by clicking the Show proposal link below the proposal title.

The proposal lists each step and each question, and the answers your team has developed. Only answers that at least two team members agree, or strongly agree with, will be included in the final proposal. No comments from the team discussion will be included in the published proposal.

Once your team has answered the questions in each step, we will provide you with more details to finalize and submit your proposal.

All team members will be asked if they will endorse the final proposal. At least 4 members must endorse a final proposal for it to be considered by the Citizens' Parliament.
