The Online Parliament is designed to help you influence the Citizens' Parliament, the Prime Minister, and the Parliament. You can exercise this opportunity by helping a team develop a detailed proposal.

The first time you enter the Online Parliament you will see a list of proposals that have been suggested or are under development. Browse the proposal ideas on the home page. If you find an interesting idea that you want to support, join the team.

If your concerns aren't addressed, please suggest a new proposal idea. If you suggest an idea you should be committed to being a member of the team. The commitement required is no more than any other team member.

It is simple to join a team:

1. Browse the list of teams on your Online Parliament home page.
2. Click on a proposal to read more details.
3. If you like a proposal and want to help develop it, click the Sign up button.
4. Read the Team member guidelines and responsibilities and then click I accept.
5. You are now part of the team.

Proposal development teams require 4 or more members. As soon as the fourth member joins, a private proposal development space will be created and all members will receive an email with instructions to join the proposal.

As soon as your team is launched, you should visit the team to introduce yourself and share your ideas about the problem or issue.
